Gil Pool Service started in 2023 with one truck, a handful of pools in Oviedo and a simple idea: show up, do the whole job, and prove it.

Why we started
We came out of the corporate world and did not miss it. What we did notice, as pool owners and as neighbors, is that almost everybody had the same complaint about pool service. Not that it was expensive. That they had no idea whether anyone had actually been there.
So the business got built around that. Fixed service day. Same tech. Full checklist every visit, not the parts that are quick. Photos and real chemical readings sent to your phone before we leave the property. And no contract, because if the water stops looking right you should be able to leave without a lawyer.
How we run
- Tight routes. We stay inside Seminole County and the north edge of Orange County. That is not modesty, it is math. Wide routes mean rushed stops.
- Small on purpose. Growth that costs us the same tech per pool is growth we do not want.
- We say when nothing is wrong. A pump with rust on the housing and three good seasons left gets left alone. Telling you that is worth more than a sale.
- Everything gets written down. Readings, pressures, notes. When something drifts over six weeks, the log is what catches it.
